Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

This policy is governed exclusively by Swiss law, as outlined in the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

1. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging, labels, and protective covers.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Products missing original packaging, labels, or components may be eligible only for a partial refund.
  • You must contact info@retinfix.com to receive a return or replacement number before sending the item back.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please contact info@retinfix.com before shipping. Securely package the product in its original condition and send it to:

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.

Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued for items that:

  • Are returned with missing components.
  • Show signs of use or damage.

4. Responsibility for Damaged or Defective Items

The risk for the product is transferred to the customer once the product leaves our warehouse (“ex works”). In case the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue. Retinfix GmbH will not be responsible for damages or defects caused during transit.
